The festival will host a variety of local businesses, musicians, artists and craftspeople, chefs, community organizers, and non-profits. All locally-owned, independent businesses and individuals are encouraged to participate as Via Colori vendors! Space is EXTREMELY limited and this is a first come, first serve event.
You must provide your own table, chairs, tent, etc. for your booth space. You will be allotted a 10′ x 10′ space. All spaces must have a tent or a covered table/food truck and be manned at all times during the event. Tents may only be staked down 5 inches, so we strongly encourage tent weights as the waterfront is windy.
All vendor spaces are outdoors. Electricity is NOT available. We will provide the master permit for sales. Food Vendors still need to acquire all paperwork.
Vendors will be provided with promotion through our social media campaigns. We look forward to working with your organization on this exciting community event!
Set up will be on Friday October 15, 2021 from 11am-8pm. No set up will take place on Saturday and Sunday. Onsite 24/7 security is provided. Tear down will be after the festival closes on Sunday from 5p-8p. Vehicles will not be allowed on the festival grounds until after 5p.
In addition, we do purchase additional event cancellation insurance so in the event that Via Colori is cancelled, we will refund your vendor fee. This only applies if the festival organizers decide to cancel the event in its entirety on either day.
Crafts Services are provided to all vendors for breakfast and lunch on both days of the festival. One craft services bracelet will be provided free of charge to each vendor. Additional bracelets can be purchased at the event for $10.
Via Colori provides booth sitters and booth runners for your convenience. Booth sitters will not be able to accept payment for goods or services but can babysit your booth if you need a break. Our runners are able to bring you water, food or additional items should you need if we have them available.
Ice is available for purchase at the event at $5 a bag.
2021 Via Colori Vendor Fees – Please note – these are deeply discounted fees for 2021 only to help out our vendor population. Your vendor fee is tax deductible and a receipt will be provided on load in day.
One price for both days. There are no one-day rates.
Retail Vendor Fee:
A. $100 Standard 10×10 booth space
B. $150 for 10×20 double space
C. $300 Food Trucks
D. $25 for Nonprofits (must present certificate of nonprofit status)
E. $25 for street painting artists (this is for those artists who are actively participating as a street painter and wish to have a booth space – booths will not be placed directly behind street painting)
Preferences regarding booth location are not guaranteed and will be accommodated on a first come first serve basis – please note any specific needs on your application. Direct sales spaces are extremely limited.
Booth space is not guaranteed until payment is processed.
No refunds of booth fees unless event is completely canceled.
Payment for booth space is due within 14 days of application acceptance – Payment link will be sent when booth is accepted. There will be no holding booths. We only allow for one type of direct sale booth per company – these are first come, first serve and there is an existing wait list for certain products.
