Vendor Information

The festival will host a variety of local businesses, musicians, artists and craftspeople, chefs, community organizers, and farmers. All locally-owned, independent businesses and individuals (especially those specializing in locally crafted goods, prepared foods and concessions) are encouraged to participate as Via Colori vendors. Via traditionally averaged over 15,000 attendees when hosted in Elizabethtown and we hope to only grow from there in Louisville! Space is EXTREMELY limited and this is a first come, first serve event.

All locally-owned, independent businesses are welcome. You must provide your own table, chairs, tent, etc. for your booth space. You will be allotted a 10′ x 10′ space. All spaces must have a tent or a covered table/food truck and be manned at all times during the event. Tents may NOT be staked, so we strongly encourage tent weights. All vendor spaces are outdoors. Electricity is NOT available. We will update vendors closer to the event with Louisville vendor permit information.
Vendors will be provided with promotion through our social media campaigns. We look forward to working with your organization on this exciting community event!

Please note – all vendors must provide an item valued at a minimum of $20. This is a nonprofit event and we keep our pricing low to ensure fairness – without the raffle/silent auction, we will be forced to raise our vendor fee exponentially.

2017 Via Colori Vendor Fees

One price for both days. There are no one-day rates.

Food Vendor Fee: $150 fee for a 10×10 OR $250 for 10×20 for all applicants (Please contact us if a greater space is needed). Food vendors will be grouped together and there is exclusivity on food items.

Our food vendor booth spaces have been sold out.

Retail Vendor Fee: 10×10 space
• $75 fee for crafters/ local business and direct sales
• $50 fee for non-profit and Street Painting Artist booths.
Our street painting artist booths are no longer available due to high demand.

Preferences regarding booth location are not guaranteed and will be accommodated on a first come first served basis – please note any specific needs on your application.

Booth space is not guaranteed until payment is processed.
No refunds of booth fees unless event is completely canceled
